Non-returnable items
As a brand specializing in personal care and beauty products, all our products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, in accordance with European consumer protection law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This applies to all opened and unopened products.

Damaged or defective items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact (at) laboucheparfaite.com with a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
If a refund is approved following a confirmed defect or error on our part, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact (at) laboucheparfaite.com.
