Lips ID™ Biometric Engineering
Access to diagnosis is based on a spectral imaging scan aimed at mapping the user's tissue structure
Acquisition Responsibility
The accuracy of the diagnosis depends exclusively on the quality of capture performed by the user. The generated score constitutes a precision measurement of the physiological health and skin condition of the labial matrix.
Data Processing
Tissue density readings are end-to-end encrypted and exclusively intended for editing the biological profile within La Bouche Parfaite.
Sensor and Tracker Access
Optical sensor activation is temporary and strictly limited to the biometric scan phase. The interface uses technical trackers essential for image stabilization and secure processing of real-time data flow.
Technological Property
The Lips ID™ algorithm as well as the acquisition and biometric analysis process are the exclusive property of La Bouche Parfaite. Any attempt to reproduce data capture or reverse engineering will result in immediate criminal prosecution.

Reservation and Pre-Order Terms
The specific nature of the formulas requires production in restricted cycles
Availability
Treatments are accessible exclusively by reservation after execution of the biometric diagnosis.
Shipping
The shipping schedule is set by production batch and confirmed upon reservation validation. Any delay related to force majeure or carrier failure cannot give rise to compensation.
Commitment
Any reservation is firm and final from the production of the assigned batch.

Delivery and Risk Transfer
Transfer of ownership occurs upon full payment of the price.
The risk of loss or damage to products is transferred to the customer upon physical delivery of the package by the carrier.

Withdrawal and Hygiene
Given the nature of the products and the physiological health requirements related to the labial area
Legal Framework
The right of withdrawal applies only to units whose protective seal is strictly intact.
Exclusion
Any unsealed product or product whose packaging integrity has been altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Radical Protection of Intellectual Property
The La Bouche Parfaite brand, the Standard Grade 5 concept and the entire Lips ID™ technical protocol are protected under copyright and trade secret law. Any total or partial reproduction, any imitation or exploitation of these technological assets without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Any violation found will result in systematic and immediate legal proceedings without prior notice.

Disputes and Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by the law in force at the registered office of La Bouche Parfaite.
Any dispute relating to their execution will be submitted to the competent courts.
