What the corrective protocol changes, measured and reported, across 23 people followed for 56 days.
The method
Each person was measured with LIPS-ID® at the start (D0), at 28 days (D28) and at 56 days (D56), with the same phone model, under the conditions set by the diagnosis. At each measurement, the lips were bare: no lip care, product or makeup in the previous 48 hours, including the protocol products. The score therefore reflects the state of the lips at rest, not the immediate effect of a product.
The full routine (Cleanser, Peeling, Balm, Stain, Gloss) started the day after the first measurement, following the protocol matching each person's starting score.
The panel
Of 51 people screened, 23 were selected, aged 18 to 62. None of them knew the brand beforehand. People were excluded if they were on a treatment likely to affect the skin, could not follow the 48 hours without products, or were not available for the full 56 days.
All six phototypes, I to VI, were represented in the panel.

The measured result
On average, the LIPS-ID® score goes from 8.0 at the start to 1.8 after 56 days. The score, described in the LIPS-ID® classification, runs from 1 to 10: the lower it is, the smaller the color gap between the lip and the skin tone.
