exfoliate. correct. reveal.

The enzymatic peel that targets lip hyperpigmentation at its source.

An enzymatic peel built for lips. Not a facial exfoliant repurposed.

Lip darkening follows a biological cascade: melanocytes produce excess melanin that migrates to the surface and accumulates. Standard exfoliants only remove the top layer without addressing the underlying mechanism. This peel targets both levels simultaneously.

On the surface, bromelain (a plant-derived proteolytic enzyme) dissolves hyperpigmented cells without mechanical aggression. Deeper down, alpha-arbutin (2%) and niacinamide (2%) act on melanin synthesis and transfer. Shea butter and plum kernel oil restore the skin barrier as soon as exfoliation is complete. Formulated for all skin tones (Fitzpatrick I to VI).

Active IngredientWhat It Does
Bromelain (0.3%)Plant-derived proteolytic enzyme. Selectively dissolves intercellular bonds holding hyperpigmented surface cells. Accelerates natural renewal without mechanical aggression.
Alpha-Arbutin (2%)Competitive inhibitor of tyrosinase (the key enzyme in melanin synthesis). Recognized in dermatological literature for contributing to tone evening across Fitzpatrick phototypes I to VI.
Niacinamide (2%)Limits melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes. Reduces surface pigment distribution while reinforcing barrier function.
Hibiscus Flower Powder (0.1%)Natural source of gentle alpha-hydroxy acids. Complements bromelain's enzymatic action and contributes to surface brightness.
Plum Kernel Oil + Shea ButterReplenishing emollient duo that restores lipid integrity of the lip barrier after exfoliation. Restoration begins in the same step as correction.
Restorative Botanical Complex™Blend of botanical extracts with regulating properties. Helps complement alpha-arbutin's action on tyrosinase activity.

Six actives that exfoliate, inhibit melanin overproduction and restore the skin barrier in a single step.

  • D1
Surface visibly smoother and brighter. Bromelain removes pigmented surface cells. Texture is immediately more even.
  • D7
Surface pigmentation begins to fade. Alpha-arbutin and niacinamide act on melanin synthesis and transfer. The skin barrier strengthens.
  • D14
First full cellular renewal cycle complete. New cells reaching the surface carry a reduced melanin load. Texture is visibly refined.
  • D21
Lip tone tends toward greater uniformity. Spots and pigmentation irregularities are diminished. Hydration is reinforced by barrier restoration.
  • D28
Visibly more even, smoother and brighter lips. The correction cycle is established. Each following cycle reinforces the results.

Apply an even layer to clean lips. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes depending on your sensitivity. Remove with a warm damp cotton pad.

Use in the evening, 2 to 3 times per week. Can be used on its own as a corrective exfoliant, or after Lip Cleanser Corrector N°1 for optimal preparation.
